ABOUT ME

Hello! Welcome to my blog, The Art and the Heart.

My name is Madeline Olson from the northwest corner of Minnesota. I am a small-town girl in the simplest sense but on a grander scale, I am a child of God who is working towards a more holy and faithful life. Spring of 2019 I was just confirmed Catholic and am deeply enjoying growing that way in my life! I currently attend the University of St. Thomas, double majoring in Art History and Theology with a minor in Museum Studies. In the fall of 2019, I get the amazing opportunity to study abroad in Rome, Italy. I hope that my beliefs and passions are reflected in this blog whether I am in the states or abroad. Enjoy!
